Someone get a modelling gig!

He never thought he'd be able to lift.

2 months later and he's squatting with a barbell and dropped below 80kg.

1a) Barbell Squats (heel elevated)
1b) Good mornings (plates)

Putting together the squat an hip hinge.

For some of the gang it's about applying force efficiently. For others it's about building mobility.

Different goals. Same exercises. And I'm keeping an eye on each and every one of the team 😉
