Message for Our 25th Anniversary

OneAssociates was established on May 15, 2000. Since then, we walked a journey of 26 years. This journey has been made possible thanks to the warm support and encouragement of all of you. We extend our heartfelt gratitude.

Our primary focus has always been to adapt flexibly to the changes of the times and to continue creating sustainable value in collaboration with our members and partners. While our early days saw steady progress, we faced significant challenges along the way, such as the Lehman Brothers collapse, the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, during the pandemic, we turned the inability to work on-site into an opportunity to explore new possibilities by leveraging IT to foster leadership development and strengthen communication online.

Drawing on our global experience at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), we have worked on enhancing IT environments and innovating online meeting practices. For instance, in meetings, we encourage turning cameras on to foster engagement and a sense of connection among participants.

The coming era is often described as "VUCA"—a time of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Amidst this environment, we firmly believe in the immense potential of human creativity, passion, and sense of purpose, especially alongside advancements in AI.

At OneAssociates, we will continue to promote the resonance of energy and spirit toward highest goals through "human collaboration." We are committed to supporting the realization of empowerment that fosters sustainable value creation. As we look to the future, our mission and endeavors will continue to evolve while staying true to their core purpose.

創立25周年のご挨拶

私たちOneAssociatesは、2000年5月15日に設立されて以来、26年の歴史を歩んでまいりました。これもひとえに、皆様の温かいご支援と励ましのおかげです。心より感謝申し上げます。

私たちの主な取り組みは、時代の変化に柔軟に対応し、メンバーやパートナーと共に持続可能な価値を創造し続けることです。創業当初は順調に進んでいましたが、その後、リーマンショックや東日本大震災、新型コロナウイルスの流行といった困難に直面しました。特にコロナ禍では、現場に出られない状況を逆手に取り、ITを駆使したオンラインでのリーダー育成やコミュニケーションの強化に取り組み、新たな可能性を模索してきました。

私たちは、アンダーセンコンサルティング（現アクセンチュア）でのグローバルな経験を活かし、IT環境の整備やオンライン会議の工夫を進めてきました。例えば、会議ではカメラをオンにし、参加者の意識とつながりを高める工夫を行っています。

今後の時代は、「VUCA（変動性、不確実性、複雑性、曖昧性）」と呼ばれる不確実性の高い時代です。私たちは、AIの進歩とともに、人間の創造性や情熱、使命感に大きな可能性があると信じています。

OneAssociatesは、「人間の協働」を通じて、大きな目的に向かうエネルギーと魂の共鳴を促進し、持続可能な価値創造を生み出すエンパワーメントの実現を支援し続けます。未来に向かって、私たちの取り組みと意義は変わらず進化し続けます。
