نظّمت شركة ميناء حاويات العقبة، بالتعاون مع نقابة ملاحة الأردن، ورشة عمل متخصصة بعنوان "طرق معالجة المطالبات"، بمشاركة عدد من ممثلي شركات الملاحة الأعضاء في النقابة.

وجاء تنظيم هذه الورشة استجابةً لمطلبٍ مستمر من عملاء الشركة، بهدف توضيح آليات وإجراءات تسوية المطالبات وتعزيز مستوى الشفافية والوضوح في هذا الجانب.

وقد قدّم الورشة فريق الشؤون القانونية والمطالبات، إلى جانب فريق الدائرة التجارية في شركة ميناء حاويات العقبة، حيث استعرضوا آليات تقديم المطالبات والإجراءات المعتمدة لمعالجتها، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على أنواع المطالبات وأفضل الممارسات المتبعة في إدارتها، بما يسهم في تعزيز كفاءة العمليات وترسيخ حماية حقوق جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة.

وشهدت الورشة تفاعلاً مميزاً من المشاركين، من خلال طرح الاستفسارات ومناقشة أبرز التحديات العملية في هذا المجال، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات والتجارب، الأمر الذي أسهم في تحقيق قيمة معرفية وعملية ملموسة للحضور.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار التزام شركة ميناء حاويات العقبة بتعزيز التعاون مع شركائها في القطاع، ودعم تطوير المعرفة المهنية، ومواءمة ممارساتها مع أفضل المعايير العالمية في قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية.

Aqaba Container Terminal, in collaboration with the Jordan Shipping Association, organized a specialized workshop titled “Claims Handling Process”, with the participation of representatives from member shipping companies.

This workshop was organized in response to longstanding feedback from customers, aiming to provide greater clarity on the mechanisms and procedures of claims settlement.

The workshop was delivered by the Legal Affairs and Claims team, alongside the Commercial Department team at Aqaba Container Terminal. It covered the mechanisms for submitting claims and the procedures adopted for their handling, in addition to highlighting the different types of claims and best practices in managing them—contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and reinforcing the protection of the rights of all relevant stakeholders.

The workshop witnessed strong engagement from participants through interactive discussions, addressing key practical challenges in this field, and exchanging insights and experiences, which added tangible professional and practical value to attendees.
