We were happy to welcome a group of students from Hashemite University. During the visit, Hatem Kawasmy shared insights on choosing the right career path and area of specialization, as well as the importance of professional certifications for graduates in alignment with their career interests. The session also covered the nature of work in audit, advisory, and tax firms, along with the pathways for joining and building a career in this sector.

استقبلت كي بي إم جي الأردن مجموعة من طلبة الجامعة الهاشمية، حيث قدّم حاتم القواسمي شرحًا حول كيفية اختيار المسار المهني والاختصاص المناسب، وأهمية الشهادات المهنية لكل خريج بما يتوافق مع تخصصه وميوله العملية. كما تناول خلال اللقاء طبيعة أعمال شركات التدقيق والاستشارات، وطرق الانضمام والعمل في هذا القطاع.

Hatem Kawasmy led an empowering session for students from the Faculty of Business at Middle East University on building a successful professional future. The session highlighted setting clear goals, personal development, and cultivating a positive mindset. Students engaged with practical examples and real-life insights, which will enhance their confidence, help them make informed decisions, and prepare them for the labor market, while highlighting the importance of empowering youth for a sustainable, bright future.

قدّم حاتم القواسمي محاضرة تناولت كيفية بناء مستقبل مهني ناجح لعدد من طلاب كلية الأعمال في جامعة الشرق الأوسط مع التركيز على وضع أهداف واضحة، تطوير الذات، وتنمية العقلية الإيجابية. تفاعل الطلاب مع تجارب عملية وأمثلة واقعية لتعزيز الثقة، اتخاذ قرارات واعية، والاستعداد لسوق العمل، مؤكدين أهمية تمكين الشباب لمستقبل مستدام ومشرق.

We successfully concluded a three-day Audit Manager Training Session for our Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers within our Audit function. The program commenced with an insightful opening address by Rabih Shalabi, who highlighted the session’s objectives and emphasized its importance in developing and preparing our future leaders. The training covered a wide range of critical topics, including managers’ quality reviews, project management, key audit focus areas, impact and influence, audit behaviors, fraud awareness, and presentation skills. The session was led by Amin Jehangir, who effectively aligned essential competencies with managerial role requirements and shared valuable insights on audit quality. His expert guidance equipped participants with the skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute to enhancing audit quality and professional standards across the firm.

لقد اختتمنا بنجاح دورة تدريبية لمدة ثلاثة أيام تمحورت حول: "مدير التدقيق"؛ الدورة كانت موجهة لكبار المديرين والمديرين والمساعدين في قسم التدقيق لدينا.

بدأ البرنامج التدريبي بكلمة افتتاحية من قبل ربيع شلبي، الذي أبرز أهداف الجلسة وأكد على أهميتها في تطوير وإعداد قادتنا المستقبليين، كما تضمن التدريب مجموعة واسعة من المواضيع الهامة، بما في ذلك مراجعات الجودة، إدارة المشاريع، مجالات التركيز الرئيسية في التدقيق، التأثير والإقناع، سلوكيات التدقيق، التوعية بالاحتيال، ومهارات العرض التقديمي. قاد هذه الدورة أمين جهانجير، الذي قام بمواءمة الكفاءات الأساسية مع متطلبات الأدوار الإدارية وشارك رؤى قيمة حول جودة التدقيق. لقد زودت توجيهاته المهنية المشاركين بالمهارات اللازمة للتميز في أدوارهم، والمساهمة في تعزيز جودة التدقيق والمعايير المهنية.
