Up for an adventurous workout?
We will have an evening outdoor strength & fitness session in Abdoun area. 1 1/2 hours of aerobic and body strength exercises.
Proceeds will be used to raise money to upgrade public exercise facilities in the area.
Fitness level: Medium (Can: jog for at least 30 min, do > 20 pushups and > 20 ab crunches)
