Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Amman

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

**Responsibilities**

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

**Requirements and skills**

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision and XD)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD and Sketch
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills

iSpectra is looking to add a skilled Drupal Developer to our team.

Qualifications:
- Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture

- Strong experience with API/integrations

- Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal core architecture

- Experience creating custom Drupal modules

- Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

- Expert knowledge of Git and related branching strategies such as "Git Flow”

- Expert experience of object-oriented programming in PHP

- Through understanding of the Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.

- Strong oral and written communication skills with both teams and clients

- Ability to communicate technical ideas to other less technical team members
