In celebration of International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting Tashara-Lee Johnson, COO and Interim Head of Production at The LAB.

Behind many productions is someone making sure everything runs smoothly. For Jamaican producer Tashara-Lee Johnson, that role has shaped a career built on hard work, problem-solving, and a deep love for storytelling.

A CARIMAC graduate from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Tashara began her career as a production assistant and worked her way up through the industry to now help lead productions across film, television and commercial projects.
