We need agents who are.
1. Good English Communication skills both oral and written.
2. With a telemarketer or appointment setter experience.
3. Knowledgeable in google sheets and webform.
4. Knows how to do a google search.
5. Experience in using Vicidial and Vonage as dialer is a plus.
6. Able and committed to work in US Business Timings minimum of 6 hours daily.

System Requirements
Must have a computer or laptop running on Windows 8 or above.
Must have a USB type of headset with noise cancellation feature.
Must be situated to take calls in a quiet working environment.
Must be running on at least 15mbps via wired/direct connection.
