If you have forgotten your username or password, trying to reset them through the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ link on the website will not work at this time. To get your username, you will need to send a text message to your gateway:

If you have forgotten your password, send a text message to your gateway:

(Password should be 7 characters or more)
