People often talk about the physical benefits of training 💪 getting stronger, fitter or healthier, but one of the biggest changes we see at Funktion is how much better people feel mentally after a session 🧠✨

Beth is back full time in Funktion and excited to help anyone hit their fitness goals.



Beth is a running specialist with a passion for helping people become stronger, more resilient, and confident in their training. Her approach combines strength work and injury prevention to help runners perform at their best — both in and out of the gym.
Whether you’re training for your next race, returning from injury, or simply wanting to build strength and move well, Beth brings energy, experience, and a fun, supportive coaching style to every session.
