We held our latest Lunch and Learn this week, with Steve training the team on the latest features in our bespoke ops platform. From helpdesk tickets and billing to client dashboards and data syncing across more than 15 services.
A lot of what sits inside the platform was shaped by the people in this room. Ideas raised one week land in the platform within days, and over months of running that loop it's transformed the way we operate. The platform now works exactly as we want it to, because the team using it every day is the same team whose feedback built it.
The people shaping the platform day to day are also the ones our clients speak to when they need us, and that closeness is what makes the service feel genuinely personal.

🎂 Today we celebrated our CTO and Co-Founder Jamie's 40th birthday!
He turned up thinking he had a client lunch, only to find the whole SystemLabs team there to surprise him.

A big thank you to Digital Jersey Hub for their insightful Annual Review this morning.
One moment we found particularly interesting was the live audience poll on AI adoption. The biggest barriers were not lack of ambition, but lack of internal skills, concerns around ethics and data privacy, and limited time to move things forward.
