The festivities are well underway and this year, rather than visiting the Birmingham Christmas market 27 times, we flew to Poland!

Gdańsk; although our Polish friends, and a couple uni students on the flight said it’s a sleepy old city.

IT HIT ALL THE RIGHT SPOTS, and we also got some history lessons in too 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓

The Christmas market was incredible!

The WW2 museum, was a museum that all museums should mirror - super engaging and interesting throughout.

The weather, the coldest we’ve ever “vacay’d”. -7c most days.

The trip wasn’t without its drama though, 4 hour delay on the outbound flight and a bump in the car on ice 😵‍💫😵

Shoutout to Andy, who joined us for this festive getaway! And discovered the beauty of WINO RUMO with us. (Mulled wine + white rum; if you’re interested) 🍷
