Volevo che tutto fosse elegante, ovattato, bianco, con qualche tocco di rosa e azzurro e il risultato è esattamente come l’avevo sognato.

Pasticcini innevati di zucchero a velo, meringhe, macaron e biscotti e, infine, la torta a tema: uno sweet table studiato nei minimi dettagli.

Il progetto è nato in meno di mezz’ora partendo dal fatto che non volessi un allestimento con i palloncini.

Mi sono detta, “saremo in gennaio, perché non un tema invernale?”.

E da lì è nata l’illuminazione: il fiocco di neve, il bosco con alberi innevati e due teneri orsetti bianchi con una sciarpetta rosa e azzurra.

The project was born in less than half an hour starting from that I didn’t want balloons.

I said to myself, “the party will be on January, why not a winter theme?”

Then came the idea: a snowflake, the forest with snow-covered trees and two tender white bears with a pink and light blue scarf.
