In this renovation, the design focuses on compacting the entrance areas and redefining the living spaces, with open-plan kitchens and living rooms oriented toward the brightest façade, enhancing natural light and visual continuity.

The reinforced concrete structure has been highlighted by exposing the original beams, which frame and articulate the transitions between spaces.

In the new Luca Faloni’s headquarters, Canaletto walnut panelling and reeded glass are combined to ensure privacy and focus, while balancing warmth, structure, and transparency.

Sections clad in the company’s brushed cotton add a tactile layer, literally weaving the product’s DNA into the office’s architecture.
