This year I have had the chance to harvest the conversations held by and .ticino on the creation of new ways of collaborations between organizations in order to create a positive impact towards the SDGs and value for our society. It was a safe space of authenticity, of learning, and experimenting based on the Theory U approach. Such a powerful experience!

Do you know how system change happens?
Sometimes I feel it happens all of a sudden and I feel thrown from an old system to a new one.

The change of complex system doesn't take place all at once: it's like a wave, a cycle. An old system decays and needs hospice, and a new system emerges and grows from innovators - it's a transformation. Which role do you want to have in this process?
