Doltre
13/04/2026
In the Tribeca West Historic District of New York, collaborated with Colonnade Group and Morris Adjmi Architects on the residential development at 403 Greenwich, contributing to interiors defined by balance, precision and material coherence.
Designed byStefano Pasqualetti, the spaces combine elegance and comfort through the use of refined material contrasts: in Walnut paired with satin white glass and black aluminum, alongside three-layer solutions developed for the penthouse.
Italian marbles and natural materials further enrich the apartments. Master and guest bathrooms, clad in custom-finished , feature washbasins in and Serena Stone, complemented by cabinetry and storage elements.
While remains at the core of Doltre’s identity — as seen in the Canaletto walnut used for the kitchen bases and island, as well as in the bathroom furnishings — this project reflects the company’s ability to adapt to complex architectural visions, integrating additional high-quality materials through a network of trusted partners.
