🥂 Join Jenny & Megan for a special two-hour Vin-Yin class to start the New Year with intention and community! ✨

✨ Step into the New Year with presence and intention. Join us from 2-4 PM on New Year's Day to release and renew. 🥂

🧘🏽‍♀️ After a grounding intention-setting meditation, Jenny will guide you through a spicy Vinyasa flow to stoke your inner fire, cultivate tapas and release any stagnant energy in the body. You'll tap into your inner strength and inspiration, flowing with grace through a dynamic flow filled with thoughtfully-crafted sequences and creative transitions. By fueling agni, our inner fire, we'll clear out the old and create space for the new. 🔥

☯️ In the second half of the session we'll downshift, moving from strength to softness as we transition into this new space with a juicy Yin sequence. Root down with a solid foundation so that you can expand into the limitless possibilities of the New Year. You'll be left feeling balanced and renewed as you step into 2025. ☯️

🍾 To close off this special practice, we'll enjoy some light snacks as we toast to the New Year ahead, one filled with community and a renewed commitment to your wellbeing. 🍾
