[could not capture this in a 7-second reel but..] if you’re curious for a little background story of the Soho Mentorship Programme, this is it! 🫴 Rebecca (former Head of Membership, Soho House Amsterdam) & Emily (Founder, Routes In) had a chat about how our partnership started 7 (!!!) years ago, and the shared mission that brought us together. 🤝

We‘re on a mission to change this by connecting young creatives with information and human connection to better understand the types of career paths available to them. 🙌

Mentorship is one of the keys to do so and we‘re looking forward to continue developing opportunities to create , & help the of the creative industry. 🔑

The ‘Soho Mentorship’ programme is empowering young creatives from lower socioeconomic and underrepresented backgrounds to grow their connections, confidence and experience- providing a route for them to access their chosen creative field.

The program will kick-off in September and run till mid December 2022.
