🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ 6:30 AM. While the city was still wrapped in an almost magical silence, we laced up our running shoes with a lovely guest from the to start the day the only way we know how to explore: on the run.

Our route guided us into the green heart of Villa Borghese, a place that is so much more than just a park. Created in the early 17th century by order of Cardinal Scipione Borghese—who envisioned this estate as a “villa of delights” and a grand symbol of his family’s prestige—this immense monumental garden treasures centuries of art, secrets, and timeless beauty.

But experiencing it at this hour... was simply amazing.
We were completely alone. Ahead of us, only the tree-lined avenues, the scent of maritime pines, the light rhythm of our footsteps, and Rome slowly stretching under the first rays of the sun. No chaos, no distractions. Just pure energy, living history, and that refreshing silence that fills your heart.

There is no better way to discover a city than running alongside its awakening.
