Still going around the gym to choose one instrument for a great workout.
And today we've got the classic one:
▶️BARBELL FULL BODY TRAINING

We've prepared this big effort workout to push back your stability and full body power with just these eight exercises.

🔞And yes, the reps are 100 EACH and the workout has the 45' time cap. Choose your weight wisely. Or not, we don't care.

Today you'll find a challenging one:

1️⃣ BURN part with four full body exercises to complete in 60"

2️⃣ TONE upper body stuff with narrow till wide grip for perfect arms and chest

3️⃣ Party time TONE & BURN full body movement playing around with the kettlebell. Choose the weight wisely..

Saturday morning could be a good day to have some rest, watch Netflix and eat pies.

We work everyday to find better ways to improve your and our performances.

Today we've focused the workout on a powerful and pretty tiring interval training based on jumping jacks variations and planking styles.

10 exercises
60" per exercise
No rest in between
120" rest per round
6 rounds
