PALESTINE SHAB EL BOUTUM/UMM DHORIT, MASAFER YATTA

On the afternoon of 23.06, in Shab el Boutum and Umm Dhorit — a settler moved a flock onto private Palestinian land. A second settler arrived armed. The military came, checked documents, and left. No action taken against the settlers.
Fences and an electricity cable were cut. Repaired the same day by local residents.
Police called. No response.
