Last night in Florence I got to hang with who in 2021 had a stroke of genius and now Dubai chocolate has taken over the world.

Even luckier, I got to taste his new venture in collaboration with a line of wonder inspired by Tuscan flavors

Sometimes I marvel at how blessed I am to have a profession I love so deeply.

▪️BITTERSWEET JOYS OF HOME▪️

The excitement of finding my book prominently displayed (thank you !) was dampened by waiting 15 minutes for an undrinkable cortado from a place that I will not name because I’m nice.

But I will say this, coffee woes are particularly keen after spending two months in Italy, where a perfect cup lands on the counter while you’re still forming the words needed to order.
