After the success of the animated series for autistic children, IL MONDO DI LEO (https://ilmondodileo.eu/en/home-page-en/), and our short film for Remembrance Day, UN NOME CHE NON È IL MIO (https://unnomechenoneilmio.it/), we absolutely refused to sit on our laurels. Because, as anyone who’s tried to build something meaningful in Italy knows, developing high-art projects here is hard. Because cultural funding is scarce. Because it would have been easier to play it safe.
We did something else: we decided to make life difficult for ourselves. Why? Because we have passion. We have experience. That’s it. Just those two things.
Result: a new animation project. Gorgeous. Universal. Irresistible. Visually bold, artistically ambitious. A unique story—with a wink and a laugh.
We can't say more. For now, just fingers crossed 🤞🏼. Stay tuned.

Ringraziamo Gian Carlo per la sua preziosa disponibilità e per l’umanità che ha portato sul set nel ruolo di Rudolf nel cortometraggio UN NOME CHE NON È IL MIO. La sua professionalità, il suo calore umano e la capacità di donare verità a ogni scena hanno lasciato un’impronta indelebile in tutti noi. Porteremo con noi il ricordo della sua voce, del suo sguardo attento e della gentilezza con cui ha condiviso il suo talento.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the annual Denver Jewish Film Festival, a celebration of three decades of powerful storytelling, community, and Jewish culture. This year's festival features an exciting selection of films from around the world, highlighting diverse perspectives and compelling narratives. We are proud of the continued success of this project, into which all of us and everyone who participated have put so much passion and heart.
