Long before I was building CRMs and funnels, I was working in luxury hospitality, beautiful hotels in Italy and the UK.
And if there’s one thing that time taught me, it’s this:
✨ A great client experience never happens by accident.
It’s planned. It’s thoughtful. It’s supported by systems that work quietly in the background.
From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly, not because the staff was “just good” (even though they were), but because there was a structure behind the scenes. A process. A flow.
That same idea is exactly what I bring into my work now.
Whether I’m working with a coach, an online service provider or a travel advisor, I always say the same thing:
📌 If your systems are messy, your client experience will feel messy too.
It doesn’t matter how kind, talented, or dedicated you are if your emails are late, your links are missing, and your process is unclear, your client will feel it.
💡 But when you do have the right systems? Everything changes. You feel confident. Your clients feel supported. And you can actually breathe.

🌱 If it doesn’t exist, create it.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to wait.
Wait for the “right” opportunity.
Wait for the perfect job, the ideal client, the green light to try something new.
But the truth is, most of the things that changed my business… didn’t come from waiting.
I didn’t find the perfect role, I created a business that works for me. For how hard it is, I tried not to listen to how much money I should make per month to be successful, how many team members I should hire or pivoting into something always bigger and bigger...
I didn’t wait for someone to hand me the next step, I made it up as I went, learning and adjusting along the way, creating something that is good for me.
Even now, with my new Tern CRM service for travel pros… that didn’t just appear. I saw a gap and decided to fill it. Is it easy? Well, you know the answer already.
It’s easy to think “someone else is already doing this” or “maybe later.”
But sometimes the opportunity isn’t out there waiting for you. Sometimes you build it yourself.
I didn’t find the perfect role, so I created a business that works for me.
And honestly? That’s when the magic happens.
