La rinoplastica è un linguaggio.
La precisione nasce dalla comprensione dell’anatomia, dell’equilibrio e della prospettiva.

Il termine “HELICOPTER View” nacque quasi per gioco da una mia idea durante un meeting dell’American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery nei primi anni 2000.
Chi se lo ricorda? 😉

Col tempo è diventato uno STANDARD — e ne sono felice.
Che si parli di Helicopter o di DRONE, questa prospettiva non perdona:
da qui anche la più piccola asimmetria diventa evidente,
e la minima alterazione del rapporto tra sopracciglia e naso si offre allo sguardo neutrale e impietoso dell’osservatore.
Ma quando il risultato è ben bilanciato, questa vista mostra qualcosa di UNICO:
un naso che appare armonico e naturale.
È una posa che racconta la geometria del naso,
l’equilibrio estetico tra luci e ombre —
il CHIAROSCURO e lo sfumato.

Rhinoplasty is a language.
⠀Precision begins with understanding anatomy, balance, and perspective.

The term “Helicopter View” was born almost playfully from an idea of mine during a meeting of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the early 2000s.
Who remembers it? 😉
Over time, it became a STANDARD— and I am glad it did.
Whether we call it Helicopter or Drone, this perspective is UNFORGIVING from here, even the slightest asymmetry becomes evident,
and the smallest alteration in the brow–nose relationship is revealed to the neutral, uncompromising eye of the observer.
But when the result is truly well balanced, this view reveals something UNIQUE :
a nose that appears harmonious and natural.
It is a pose that tells the story of nasal geometry,
of aesthetic balance between light and shadow —
of CHIAROSCURO and subtle transitions.

In essence, a signature.
This is how I approach rhinoplasty.
