The flatmate is a girl and she is a student, which is having another single room.
The flat is just been renewed, is composed by one living room which is used as a single room (the one that we are offering), a kitchen, a bathroom and another room.
The flat is fully furnished, from the oven to the washing machine, you don't need to buy anything.
CONDITIONS:
The price is 550€ which includes every expenses (wifi, water, building expenses etc) but not electricity.
800 € as deposit is required, the flati is available from middle January 2021 till August 2021.

The flatmates are students, we need a girl to share to room with the actual roomate.

The flat is just been renewed, is composed by one living room (which is rented as a single room), a kitchen, a bathroom and the room that we are proposing.

The flat is fully furnished, from the oven to the washing machine, you don't need to buy anything.

CONDITIONS:

The price is 430 € for the bed, which includes every expenses (wifi, water, building expenses etc).
One month as deposit is required, minimun one semester.
Agency fee is not included.
