What better than to share another Kennels to Couch heart-warming story on Valentines Day!!! 😍🥰😘

FHRP has a wide reach and Gracie from NJ found out about Raleigh from a Google search! Here is what she has to say about her dearest boy:
"After adopting a foxhound puppy (Mabel) and quickly learning she would benefit from a best bud, we were lucky enough to find the FHRP through a Google search. We knew Mabel would benefit from the company of an easy-going older foxhound. We have found that foxhounds are loyal, clever, snuggly, and full of personality, so we wanted to stick with the breed but find an easy-going companion for Mabel since she is a ball of energy. Raleigh was the first hound we met, and we fell in love instantly. He is truly a sweet pea who greets everyone he meets with a very excited tail wag and a nudge to get a pet. I’ve never seen a dog that wags their tail as eagerly or easily as Raleigh. He starts wagging his tail if I just look across the room at him.
Aside from constantly wagging his tail, Raleigh’s favorite things are: visiting the dog park to hang out with the humans, scratches on the top of his head, kisses on his nose, snoozing on the couch while cuddled up next to us, treats, and wearing his fleece jacket in cold weather. For some reason, he loves an accessory like his coat or the bow we put on his collar for a Christmas photo. He also enjoys curling up in a croissant shape next to our other hound Mabel. We are grateful to FHRP for preparing Raleigh for the couch potato life. It was a completely different experience bringing him home versus Mabel. He was fully house trained and immediately enjoyed tucking himself into his crate at night. My husband and I truly think he is an angel in dog form and know he is enjoying a comfy and relaxing retirement."
