Nasce così la “Rubrica della Pace”, uno spazio in cui le nostre socie condividono la propria voce, raccontandosi ed esplorando il concetto di pace attraverso riflessioni personali.

In this complex geopolitical scenario, we feel an urgent need to talk about peace. This is why we created the “Peace Series”, a space where our members share their voices, opening up and exploring the meaning of peace through personal reflections.
Today, we hear from Federica Aprato.

Our member Alice Pomè is sharing her reflections on what happened at the Commission on the Status of Women :
“What is ? Why is it ?
I am trying to explain what is the United Nations on of Women in the following video.
‼️For me, this is relevant because the 70th session marked a turning point:
For the first time, in 70 years, the Agreed Conclusions were adopted by recorded vote instead of the normal consensus.
This is not only a procedural change, but also a political signal.
We are not longer advancing rights, but we are defending them. Thus, at this time more than ever we must cooperate to ensure justice for ALL women and girls.
As Delegates, we have the opportunity to bridge the relevant stakeholders, including the private sector and academia.

The message remains clear:
🔹 The right to justice for all women and girls is fundamental
🔹 Equality is never guaranteed, it must be protected
We are facing a transformation that shows how meaningful change can only happen through cooperation.”

Come ogni anno il Soroptimist International d’Italia propone un corso di formazione della durata di 3 giorni in SDA Bocconi School of Management . L’opportunità formativa è gratuita e si incentra sull’empowerment femminile: l’obiettivo del corso è quello di fornire le skills utili allo sviluppo di una leadership femminile consapevole, che si fondi su etica e responsabilità sociale.
REQUISITI:
- essere una donna di età non superiore ai 28 anni (non aver compiuto 29 anni entro il 31 marzo 2026),
- essere in possesso di una laurea magistrale o specialistica,
- avere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
SCADENZA & CANDIDATURE:
