Italian Zucchini and Shrimp Soup
- Classic soffritto with celery, onion and carrot
- Add the Zucchini when onion is brown
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the water and let boil for 20 minutes
- Taste and add salt if needed
- Add the Shrimps cut into pieces and cook for 3 more minutes
- Done! YUMMY
