Do you find it difficult to stick to regular exercise?
Here are 4 tips to getting back to exercise:

1. Set realistic goals: Pushing yourself to exercise 5-7 times a week might result in you missing it all. So try a smaller goal to begin with - you can always increase it!

2. Schedule your workouts: Write it in your diary/calendar, just like you would an appointment.

3. Be patient: Don't worry if you miss out on a session. The most important thing is that you stay consistent and you keep going back to your favourite exercise!

4. Find a workout buddy: Setting goals with friends/family/colleagues will motivate you to turn up as you would not want to turn them down!

When on holiday, I take the opportunity to have a well-deserved rest. But there is always time for a cheeky Pilates, when I recharge my batteries and be ready to teach again - so that I can come back refreshed, with renewed ideas and energy for you when we meet for our next class. Can't wait!
