South East Aviation Services (SEAS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Station Manager to lead operations at Lamezia Terme (SUF) and Reggio Calabria (REG) airports.

In this role, you will oversee daily station and hangar activities, ensuring they run safely, efficiently, and in line with SEAS and regulatory standards. You’ll manage teams, monitor facilities and equipment, coordinate training and assessments, and ensure smooth, compliant operations at both airports.

We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in Line and Hangar Management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and fluency in English are essential.At SEAS, you’ll join a dedicated team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
