•استودیو معماری زند فعالیت خود را از سال ۱۳۷۷ با تمرکز بر طراحی و نظارت پروژه های معماری آغاز کرد.

•در پنج سال نخست این استودیو چندین پروژه شخصی را طراحی و اجرا کرده و در مسیر توسعه معماری مدرن گام برداشته است.

•در سال ۱۳۸۱ وی به کانادا مهاجرت کرد و پس از دریافت پروانه اشتغال به کار در ایالت آنتاریو(BCIN)،با اصول و ضوابط ساخت و ساز در آمریکای شمالی آشنا شد.

•همکاری با دفاتر معتبر معماری در کانادا تجربه ای نوین را به کارنامه حرفه ای او تا سال ۱۳۹۱ افزود.

•در سال ۱۳۹۱ با بازگشت به ایران ،استودیو معماری زند فعالیت خود را با رویکردی نوین از سر گرفت.این مجموعه در مسیر تازه ی خود در حوزه های مشاوره ،طراحی ،نظارت و اجرا بر پروژه های معماری گام برداشت و به خلق فضاهایی شاخص و ماندگار پرداخت.

Zand Architects Office was established in 1998, specializing in architectural design and project supervision. In its first five years, the firm successfully designed and executed numerous private projects, contributing to the advancement of modern architecture.

In 2002, Amirali Zand immigrated to Canada. After obtaining BCIN certification, he started his own practice in Architectural design, along with mastering north american regulatins and construction principles, his work in Canada continued untill 2012.
Upon returning to Iran in 2012, Zand Architects Office resumed its work with a fresh perspective. Today, the firm offers consulting, design, supervision, and ex*****on services for architectural projects, creating timeless and exceptional spaces.
