نیروی انسانی در دنیای امروز، نقش مهمی در عملکرد و پیشرفت یک سازمان برعهده دارد.
کارآیی و اثربخشی سازمان‌ها با کارآیی و اثربخشی نیروی انسانی آنها، رابطه مستقیمی دارد.
در این میان، رضایت شغلی، علاقه و وفاداری به سازمان و بالندگی کارکنان منوط به ایجاد محیطی است که مدیران، متولی و مسئول آن هستند؛ محیطی که در آن حفظ کرامت نیروی انسانی و تأمین امنیت جان، روان و مال آنها در اولویت قرار دارد.
از این‌رو، باید مدیران شرایط ایمنی را در محیط کار فراهم کنند و نیروی انسانی خود را موظف به رعایت آن، بداند.

🏗 In today’s world, human resources have got an important role in progress and functionality of an organization. The functionality and effectiveness of organizations are in direct contact with functionality and effectiveness of their human resources.
Meanwhile, job satisfaction, interest and loyalty to organiza tion among staff depend on atmosphere which managers are in charge with making it. The atmosphere that puts the human resource’s dignity and providing their physical, mental and financial safety in first place.
So, managers should provide safety regulations in work environment and human resources have an obligation to pursue them.
