What is PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) Surgery?

The very first treatment method to deal with refractive errors utilizing laser and electrical devices was Photorefractive Keratectomy PRK Eye Surgery.
This method was first performed in 1986 and is still commonly implemented today. PRK is a kind of refractive laser surgery implemented to correct nearsightedness (Myopia), farsightedness (Hyperopia), and Astigmatism.
