مختبر التشكيل المعاصر: جذور فنية تُثمر ذاكرة وهوية

معرض "نينوى بين الأثر والأثير"
في لحظة يتعانق فيها الركام بالأمل، وتنهض الفكرة من رماد التحدي، افتُتح صباح الإثنين، 21 نيسان 2025، المعرض الفني الذي أقامه مختبر التشكيل المعاصر في قاعة متحف الفنون التشكيلية / المركز الطلابي، بحضور الأستاذ الدكتور وحيد محمود الإبراهيمي، رئيس جامعة الموصل، الذي تجوّل بين الأعمال المعروضة واطّلع على الرؤية التي يحملها هذا المشروع الفني المتميّز.

مختبر التشكيل المعاصر، الذي تأسس عام 2000، لم يكن مجرد فضاء للعرض أو التجريب، بل كان وما يزال مرسمًا للأفكار، ومختبرًا لتحوّلات المدينة. هنا، تتحوّل الخطوط والألوان إلى وثائق وجدانية تحفظ ملامح الموصل وتعيد بناء هويتها البصرية.
في عام 2001، احتضن المختبر معرضه التأسيسي الأول بمشاركة أربعة عشر فنانًا شكّلوا النواة الصلبة لهذا المسار، منهم المؤسسون: أحمد العزاوي، فارس الراوي، حكم الكاتب، إلى جانب حازم صالح، علي حميد، هشام الطائي، أحمد الصوفي، محمود سالم، نشوان العيسى، محمد ذنون، أحمد مزاحم، ديلان عابدين، عمر طلال، وسعود قيس.

كان هؤلاء الفنانون أشبه برسُلٍ حملوا رسالتهم إلى فضاء المدينة، فرسموا ملامحها من جديد، لا بالحجارة، بل بالألوان والرموز. وبنوا، عبر لوحاتهم، ذاكرة تشكيلية تقاوم النسيان وتحتضن أحلام الموصل بالنهوض من تحت الركام.

جاء المعرض الجديد امتدادًا لهذه الرؤية، بمشاركة 34 فنانًا من مختلف مناطق محافظة نينوى، عرضوا أعمالاً تنوّعت بين الرسم، والخط، والنحت، مجسّدين بذلك فسيفساء من الأساليب والمدارس تحت سقفٍ واحد، يُجسّد روح المدينة وتعدّدها الثقافي.

وقد شهد المعرض هذا العام انضمام نخبة جديدة من الفنانين، شكّلوا الامتداد الحيوي لروح المختبر، وهم:
إبراهيم الأغا، عبد الجبار الشعباني، رعد الحسيني، سبهان الغبشة، مروان فتحي، عمر قيس، حلا مصطفى، أوس دبدوب، أزهار رمزي، نور خليف، ألوان خليف، عمر السويدي، أسماء الطائي، ميادة العطار، مائدة طارق، غصون رمزي، عارف النجار، عمار سعد الله، علاء سالم، محمد تحسين، حسن السلامي، إيناس البيرقدار، شيماء القره غولي، زينب علي، أدهم الطائي، ميادة مسعود، عمر الجبوري، ومدين الحالي.

إن انضمام هذه الكوكبة لم يكن مجرّد مشاركة فنية، بل تجديدٌ للعهد مع فكرة المختبر ورسالته، وتأكيد على أن المشهد التشكيلي في نينوى ما يزال يتنفس، يتجدّد، ويستدعي الذاكرة في كل ضربة فرشاة وكل خيط لون.

بعد مرور ربع قرن على تأسيسه، لم يكن مختبر التشكيل المعاصر محطةً زمنية عابرة، بل تحوّل إلى مدرسة فنية وفكرية مستقلة، تتعامل مع الفن بوصفه مرآةً للإنسان، ومختبرًا للمعنى، ومنبرًا يُعبّر فيه الجمال عن أوجاع المدينة وأحلامها في آنٍ معًا.

فكل لوحة هنا ليست مجرّد تجربة فنية، بل شهادة ولاء للموصل، ونقطة ضوء في مسار طويل من الاستعادة والبناء.

Contemporary Art Laboratory: Artistic Roots That Produce Memory and Identity

"Nineveh Between Trace and Ether" Exhibition
At a moment when hope embraces rubble, and ideas rise from the ashes of challenge, the Contemporary Art Laboratory's art exhibition opened on Monday morning, April 21, 2025, in the hall of the Fine Arts Museum/Student Center. Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, was inaugurated. He toured the exhibited works and learned about the vision behind this distinguished artistic project.

The Contemporary Art Laboratory, founded in 2000, was not merely a space for exhibition or experimentation; it was and continues to be a workshop for ideas and a laboratory for the city's transformations. Here, lines and colors are transformed into emotional documents that preserve Mosul's features and rebuild its visual identity. In 2001, the lab hosted its first founding exhibition, featuring fourteen artists who formed the core of this process. These included the founders: Ahmed Al-Azzawi, Faris Al-Rawi, and Hakam Al-Kateb, along with Hazem Saleh, Ali Hamid, Hisham Al-Taie, Ahmed Al-Sufi, Mahmoud Salem, Nashwan Al-Essa, Mohammed Thanoun, Ahmed Muzahim, Dylan Abdeen, Omar Talal, and Saud Qais.

These artists were like messengers carrying their message into the city's atmosphere, redrawing its features not with stones, but with colors and symbols. Through their paintings, they built a visual memory that resists oblivion and embraces Mosul's dreams of rising from the rubble.

The new exhibition is an extension of this vision, with the participation of 34 artists from various regions of Nineveh Governorate. They displayed works that ranged from painting, calligraphy, and sculpture, embodying a mosaic of styles and schools under one roof, embodying the spirit of the city and its cultural diversity.

This year's exhibition witnessed the participation of a new group of artists, forming a vibrant extension of the laboratory's spirit. They include:
Ibrahim Agha, Abdul Jabbar Al-Shaabani, Raad Al-Husseini, Subhan Al-Ghabsha, Marwan Fathi, Omar Qais, Hala Mustafa, Aws Dabdoub, Azhar Ramzi, Nour Khalif, Alwan Khalif, Omar Al-Suwaidi, Asmaa Al-Taie, Mayada Al-Attar, Maida Tariq, Ghusoun Ramzi, Aref Al-Najjar, Ammar Saadallah, Alaa Salem, Mohammed Tahseen, Hassan Al-Salami, Enas Al-Birqdar, Shaima Al-Qaraghouli, Zainab Ali, Adham Al-Taie, Mayada Masoud, Omar Al-Jabouri, and Madin Al-Hali.

The inclusion of this group was not merely an artistic contribution, but rather a renewal of the pledge to the laboratory's idea and mission, and a confirmation that the art scene in Nineveh continues to breathe, renew, and recall memories in every brushstroke and every thread of color.

A quarter century after its founding, the Contemporary Art Laboratory has not been a mere temporary stopover. Rather, it has transformed into an independent artistic and intellectual school, treating art as a mirror of humanity, a laboratory of meaning, and a platform through which beauty expresses the city's pain and dreams simultaneously.

Each painting here is not merely an artistic experiment, but a testament to loyalty to Mosul and a point of light in a long journey of restoration and reconstruction.
