Smithson is looking for three Environmental Engineers/Trainers in Karbala and Diwaniyah. The incumbent will work 8 hours a day for one week, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is required in training.

Responsibilities
• Evaluation of the results of training sessions
• Maintain an updated and accurate record of the trainee's progress and achievements.
• Ensure efficient use of enterprise resources.
• Communicating the correct information and dealing with the trainees' various questions
• Provide good examples by demonstrating the skills being taught
• Ensuring the understanding of the trainees and their progress and making the necessary adjustments to the program
• Organizing the dates of the training sessions to reduce the interruption of the regular work of the trainees
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field;
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
• Fluency in Arabic is required, and knowledge of the English Language is a plus.

Smithson is looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to work as a Trainer in Sulaymaniyah for two months. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience with fluency in Kurdish and advanced English Skills, please apply by sending your resume to [email protected]

Responsibilities:
• teach beginning, intermediate and advanced courses related to graphic design, typography, user experience design, web design, or mobile design;
• supervise student projects;
• maintain teaching/training hours;
• participate in department and college flex day activities;
• work with team leaders to determine training needs;
• conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions;
• prepare educational material such as module summaries, syllabus, assignments, and videos;
• plan and schedule training sessions;
• design and implement training programs;
• track and keep student attendance;
• monitor and present student performance.

Requirements:
• bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science;
• a minimum one year of professional experience
• having the ability to communicate with students, audience clearly, concisely.
• ability to communicate with team leaders;
• ability to assess and initiate things independently.
• languages: fluency in Kurdish is required; advanced level of English is an advantage.
