استقبلت منظمة المسلة وفداً من International Rescue Committee (لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية)، في زيارة هدفت إلى التعبير عن التقدير للشراكة المثمرة التي جمعت الطرفين خلال الفترة الماضية.

وخلال الزيارة، قدم الوفد درعاً تقديرياً لمنظمة المسلة، تثميناً لجهودها المتميزة ودورها الفاعل في تنفيذ البرامج والأنشطة التي أسهمت في خدمة المجتمع وتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية.

وأكد الجانبان أهمية هذه الشراكة التي شكلت نموذجاً ناجحاً للعمل المشترك، مع الإشادة بما تحقق من إنجازات رغم التحديات، معربين عن أملهم باستمرار التعاون وتطويره مستقبلاً بما يخدم الفئات المستهدفة بشكل أفضل.

وتعكس هذه اللفتة التقديرية حجم الثقة والتقدير المتبادل، وتؤكد على أهمية تكامل الجهود بين المنظمات المحلية والدولية لتحقيق أثر مستدام في المجتمعات.

Al-Mesalla Organization received a delegation from the International Rescue Committee during a visit aimed at expressing appreciation for the fruitful partnership that has brought the two sides together over the past period.

During the visit, the delegation presented a shield of appreciation to Al-Mesalla in recognition of its outstanding efforts and its active role in implementing programs and activities that have contributed to serving the community and strengthening humanitarian response efforts.

Both parties emphasized the importance of this partnership, which has served as a successful model of collaborative work. They also praised the achievements made despite various challenges and expressed their shared commitment to continuing and expanding this cooperation in the future to better serve target communities.

This recognition reflects a high level of mutual trust and appreciation, and underscores the importance of strong collaboration between local and international organizations in achieving sustainable impact within communities.

لأن حقوق الإنسان لا تُبنى بالجهود الفردية بل بالشراكات الحقيقية، جاءت هذه الخطوة لتجسد تعاوناً جديداً بين منظمة المسلة لتنمية الموارد البشرية ومكتب المفوضية العليا لحقوق الإنسان في نينوى.

حيث جرت مراسم التوقيع يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 31 آذار 2026، بحضور السيد ياسر ضياء سعيد، مدير مكتب المفوضية في نينوى، إلى جانب عدد من مسؤولي الشعب المعنية، وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني الفاعلة في المحافظة.

تأتي هذه الاتفاقية امتداداً لمسار من التعاون المثمر مع المفوضية، والذي تضمن تنفيذ العديد من الأنشطة المشتركة منذ عام 2017، لا سيما في حملات المدافعة عن قضايا حقوق الإنسان.

وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى دعم جهود منظمات المجتمع المدني وتعزيز دورها كشريك أساسي في حماية حقوق الإنسان ونشر مفاهيمها في المجتمع، بما ينسجم مع قانون المفوضية العليا لحقوق الإنسان رقم (53) لسنة 2008 المعدل.

كما تؤكد المسلة التزامها بمواصلة العمل المشترك مع الجهات المعنية، بما يسهم في تحقيق مجتمع أكثر وعياً وعدالة، قائم على احترام الحقوق والحريات.

Because human rights are not built through individual efforts alone, but through genuine partnerships, this step reflects a new phase of cooperation between Al-Mesalla Organization for Human Resources Development and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Ninawa.

The signing ceremony took place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in the presence of Mr. Yasser Zia Saeed, Director of the Office in Ninawa, along with a number of relevant officials and representatives of civil society organizations active in the governorate.

This agreement builds on a long-standing and productive partnership with OHCHR, which has included the implementation of numerous joint activities since 2017, particularly in campaigns supporting human rights defenders.

The agreement aims to support the efforts of civil society organizations and strengthen their role as key partners in protecting human rights and promoting their values within society, in line with the Law of the High Commission for Human Rights No. (53) of 2008, as amended.

Al-Mesalla also reaffirms its commitment to continued collaboration with relevant authorities to contribute to building a more aware and just society founded on respect for rights and freedoms.
