Job Title: Junior Software Developer
Location: Erbil
Employment Type: Full-Time

We seek a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our internal applications, with a focus on both troubleshooting and software development.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for in-house applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with developers and end-users to identify and fix bugs
- Assist in application deployment and provide post-deployment support.
- Contribute to the development of new features and modules as needed.
- Maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Travel across Iraq to support branches and provide on-site technical assistance when required.


Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in:
