- حين ينتصر الحوار على التطرف, آفاق الوعي والتعايس في جامعة الموصل!

في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي وترسيخ ثقافة الحوار البنّاء، نُظّم مركز متطوعي طوبزاوة جلسة حوارية بعنوان ، بالتعاون مع جامعة الموصل / كلية الآداب بجامعة الموصل / قسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة الموصل، وبمشاركة نخبة من أساتذة الكلية وعدد من طلبتها.

هدفت الجلسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مخاطر التطرف الفكري، واستكشاف أسبابه وآثاره على الفرد والمجتمع، فضلاً عن تعزيز ثقافة الحوار وقبول الآخر، بما يسهم في ترسيخ قيم الاعتدال والتعايش السلمي. كما شهدت الجلسة نقاشات ثرية وتبادلاً للأفكار والرؤى، ركّزت على دور المؤسسات الأكاديمية في بناء مجتمع أكثر وعياً واستقراراً.

يأتي هذا النشاط تأكيداً على الدور الحيوي الذي تضطلع به المؤسسات التعليمية في مواجهة التحديات الفكرية، وتعزيز قيم التسامح والانفتاح، بما يواكب تطلعات المجتمع نحو مستقبل يسوده الأمن الفكري والتماسك المجتمعي.

- When Dialogue Prevails Over Extremism: Horizons of Awareness and Coexistence at the University of Mosul!

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance community awareness and promote a culture of constructive dialogue, the Tobzawa Volunteer Center organized a panel discussion titled , in collaboration with the University of Mosul / College of Arts / Department of Sociology, with the participation of a distinguished group of faculty members and a number of students.

The session aimed to shed light on the dangers of intellectual extremism, explore its causes and impacts on both individuals and society, and promote a culture of dialogue and acceptance of others. These efforts contribute to reinforcing the values of moderation and peaceful coexistence. The discussion also featured rich exchanges of ideas and perspectives, emphasizing the role of academic institutions in building a more aware and stable society.

This activity comes as a reaffirmation of the vital role educational institutions play in addressing intellectual challenges and promoting values of tolerance and openness, in line with society’s aspirations toward a future characterized by intellectual security and social cohesion.

- من أجل استدامة عمل المجتمع المدني، حوار في الانبار لتعزيز الامتثال وتبسيط الإجراءات!

نظّمت منظمة جلسة حوارية تخصصية في الانبار بعنوان "الضمان الاجتماعي والتحاسب الضريبي بين الآليات والتحديات"، وذلك ضمن مشروع "تنسيق لتعزيز التفاعل بين المنظمات غير الحكومية والحكومة"، بدعم من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للديمقراطية.
شهدت الجلسة حضور ممثلي الحكومة المحلية وعدد من منظمات المجتمع المدني، حيث شكّلت منصةً تفاعلية لتشخيص المعوقات العملية واستعراض التحديات الواقعية التي تواجه المنظمات في التعامل مع ملفي الضمان الاجتماعي والتحاسب الضريبي. وتناول النقاش الأطر القانونية والإجرائية، والآليات المعتمدة، وأبرز نقاط التعقيد التي تؤثر في كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي للمنظمات.

وخلصت الجلسة إلى جملة من المقترحات العملية التي سيتم رفعها إلى الجهات ذات العلاقة، بهدف تطوير إرشادات واضحة، وتبسيط الإجراءات البيروقراطية، وتعزيز الشفافية، بما يسهم في خلق بيئة عمل مدني أكثر استقرارًا وكفاءة في العراق.

وتؤكد هذه المبادرة أهمية تمكين المجتمع المدني وتوفير بيئة تنظيمية داعمة تضمن الامتثال القانوني دون الإخلال بمرونة العمل الإنساني والتنموي، بما يعزز الشراكة الفاعلة بين القطاع المدني والمؤسسات الحكومية نحو تنمية مستدامة وشاملة.

- In order to sustain the work of civil society, a dialogue in Anbar to promote compliance and simplify procedures!

organized a specialized dialogue session in Anbar entitled “Social Security and Tax Accounting: Mechanisms and Challenges.” The session was held as part of the project “Tanseeq (Coordination) Project for Strengthening NGOs Interaction With Government” made possible through support from the UN Democracy Fund.

The session brought together representatives of local government and a number of civil society organizations, serving as an interactive platform to identify practical obstacles and examine the real challenges organizations face in dealing with social security and tax compliance matters. Discussions addressed the legal and procedural frameworks, applicable mechanisms, and key complexities affecting the institutional performance and operational efficiency of NGOs.

The session concluded with a set of practical recommendations to be submitted to the relevant authorities. These recommendations aim to develop clear guidelines, simplify bureaucratic procedures, and enhance transparency contributing to a more stable and efficient civic work environment in Iraq.

This initiative underscores the importance of empowering civil society and fostering a supportive regulatory environment that ensures legal compliance while preserving the flexibility essential to humanitarian and development work, thereby strengthening effective partnership between the civic sector and government institutions toward inclusive and sustainable development.
