Site Cashier/ Admin Assistant
We are looking for an organized, efficient candidate with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. You will handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with inventory, database, and record maintenance, prepare financial reports, issue checks and making deposits, and generally ensure that the office operations are running smoothly. You should be professional and courteous with strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.
To succeed, you should be a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills. You should understand and abide by all accounting procedures and principles and have a commitment to behaving ethically in the workplace. You must also be capable of handling supervisory tasks when necessary. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Cashier Responsibilities 80%
1. Promptly recording and managing transactions and maintaining clear cash registers for each currency during each step.
2. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
3. Safeguarding of the cash and cash equivalent documents.
4. Scan and review the receipts and ensure their compliance to the finance policy.
5. Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
6. Settlement of issued cash advances if any.
7. Issue receipts, refunds, change & etc.
8. Resolve customer complaints if any, guide them and provide relevant information.
9. Preparation and submission of the daily cash reconciliation and verification to the Main Office.
10. Track transactions and report any discrepancies.
11. Maintaining a good and well-organized archiving techniques for all the transaction records.
12. Preparation of categorized expenses statement for each milestone.
13. Auditing daily workers’ time sheet and preparation of the report.
14. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
15. Handle currency exchange transactions if any.
16. Responding appropriately to all external and internal requests, in coordination with the finance department at the headquarter office.
17. Monitoring all payments and preparing detailed monthly billing, manpower and equipment reports showing the payments and all financial data.
18. Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
Admin Assistant 20%
1. Assisting with administrative tasks.
2. Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
3. Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
4. Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
5. Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
6. Ensuring the works runs smoothly and efficiently.
7. Assisting with audit support as necessary.
8. Liaising with all the other departments as necessary.
9. Maintain filing, database systems, and inventories.
10. Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and printing machines.
11. Ensuring data is backed up.
12. Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
13. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
14. Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
15. Help with office management and organization processes.
16. Any other duties as required.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar. Even diploma works
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a financial clerk or cashier.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration and data entry.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
Previous experience in a payroll department. Preferable to be with handling cash
Strong Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks beyond general accounting.
Proficiency in an accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage is preferred. He will not use accounting software; he will work with Excel.
Able to handle supervisory responsibility if necessary.
Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.
Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
High level of accuracy and efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
Excellent attention to details.

excellent project delivery to lead several company projects. Responsibilities include coordinating different teams,
designing, and developing engineering systems and quality assurance tests, building prototypes, maintain
