Accepting Others Organization (AOO) is strengthening the protection and rights of Yezidi religious minorities in Ninewa - Sinjar through community-led initiatives. As part of this effort, AOO trained 21 community members—women, youth, and survivors—across three communities, each completing a six-day program.
This training supports the establishment of Community-Based Protection (CBP) Committees, enabling community members to identify and address protection concerns effectively.

Accepting Others Organization (AOO) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-religious organization established in 2014. AOO works across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region to promote peacebuilding, social cohesion, gender equality, and the empowerment of women and youth through community engagement, advocacy, and inclusive dialogue.
Purpose of the Position
The Driver will provide reliable and safe transportation for project staff, visitors, and materials to and from field locations in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate (primarily Piramagrun and Bazyan). The Driver must have a 7-seater car in good condition and ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily transportation for staff and materials between offices and project sites.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, clean, and fueled at all times.
• Follow safety protocols, traffic rules, and organizational travel policies.
• Support logistical arrangements, including deliveries and field missions.
• Maintain a logbook for all trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Valid driving license and ownership of a 7-seat vehicle in good condition.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably with NGOs or companies.
• Good knowledge of local roads in Sulaymaniyah, Piramagrun, and Bazyan.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate in Kurdish and Arabic
Working Conditions
• Field-based with frequent travel in assigned areas.
• Occasional work outside regular hours depending on project needs.
• Compliance with AOO’s safety, security, and code of conduct policies is mandatory.

Finance Officer (50%)
Position Title: Finance Officer (50% – Part-time)
Reports to: Project Manager
Duty Station: Erbil
Contract Type / Duration: Part-time – 11 months
Key Interfaces: Logistics, program staff, vendors, auditors
Languages: Kurdish, Arabic (required); English (asset)
Purpose of the Position
Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliant payments, support reporting and forecasting, and provide financial oversight for the project.
Key Responsibilities
• Verify payment requests and supporting documents; ensure eligibility and correct coding.
• Prepare vouchers, process payments, and maintain cash/bank reconciliations.
• Produce monthly Budget vs Actual (BvA) reports with commentary; flag variances and commitments.
• Maintain audit‑ready files; support internal spot checks and external audits.
• Coordinate with logistics for three‑way matching (PO/GRN/Invoice) and manage accruals.
Deliverables & Performance Indicators
1. Zero critical audit findings; ≤2% error rate in sample checks.
2. Monthly financial report and forecast submitted on schedule.
3. BvA shared with the Project Manager including variance notes by the 5th working day of each month.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NGO finance; strong knowledge of donor rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Purpose of the Position
Ensure compliant procurement, transport, warehousing, and asset management to support timely and value‑for‑money delivery of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Run RFQs/RFPs as per procurement thresholds; prepare bid analysis and PO/contracts.
• Coordinate deliveries to sites; maintain GRNs, stock cards, and asset registers.
• Arrange venues, refreshments, and materials for trainings/meetings; manage event logistics.
• Ensure vehicle management (logbooks, maintenance, fuel) and movement planning.
• Archive all procurement files for audit; support market assessments and vendor pre‑qualification.
Deliverables & Performance Indicators
1. Procurement tracker updated weekly; zero missing documents in audit samples.
2. On‑time delivery rate ≥95% to Piramagrun/Bazyan sites.
3. Complete asset and inventory reports submitted monthly.
Required Qualifications & Experience
