Designed by BOLD, the hotel is distinguished by its sweeping curved glass curtain wall, which enhances natural light and panoramic views while gently integrating the structure into its corner site. The smooth glass surface is dynamically offset by pronounced vertical fins, crafted in a range of materials—from crisp white finishes to warm brick tones—demonstrating the versatility of the form in responding to its context. The deliberate balance of openness, texture, and vertical rhythm results in a refined, modern façade that contributes to Erbil’s evolving urban identity.
