STEM Learning
The future belongs to creators, innovators, and problem-solvers—and it starts in the classroom!
Students at Netarhat Residential School, Jharkhand are stepping into a world of innovation with the inauguration of their new Tinkering Lab. From coding and robotics to programming and design thinking, they'll gain hands-on experience that transforms ideas into real-world solutions while building essential 21st-century skills.
A heartfelt thank you to Hindalco Industries for its CSR support in making this initiative possible. Together, we're empowering young minds with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to shape a brighter future.
A new chapter of hands-on learning has begun at Sant Vianee High School, Dumberpath, Netarhat, !
The inauguration of the Mini Science Centre (MSC), supported by Hindalco Industries through its CSR initiative, marked a significant milestone in transforming STEM education. The event was graced by Mr. Shatrujit Kumar (VP – Operations), Mr. Pradeep Bhalekar (Cluster Head), Ms. Shweta Upadhyay (AGM – CSR), and Mr. John Toppo, Father of the Church. Students welcomed the dignitaries with a vibrant cultural programme, making the occasion truly memorable.
What made the event even more inspiring was the enthusiastic response to the hands-on science models. Coming from a technical background, Mr. Shatrujit Kumar appreciated the innovative learning approach and expressed his vision of establishing Mini Science Centres in model schools across the Lohardaga and Gumla districts. We sincerely thank Hindalco Industries for empowering young minds with experiential learning opportunities that will nurture curiosity, innovation, and a strong STEM foundation for the future.
Every great classroom begins with an empowered teacher. At St. Francis High School, Mount Poinsur, , our Fresh Training Program and Monitoring & Evaluation Baseline equipped educators with innovative, hands-on teaching methodologies that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and active student participation. This capacity-building session empowers teachers to transform everyday lessons into meaningful learning experiences.
With the Mini Science Centre, classrooms become interactive learning spaces where students don't just study STEM concepts—they explore, experiment, and discover them firsthand. By making science tangible and engaging, teachers can nurture creativity, problem-solving, and a lifelong passion for learning.
A heartfelt thank you to Essar Foundation for supporting this initiative and enabling educators to bring STEM education to life. Together, we are building classrooms where learning is experiential, impactful, and prepares students with skills that last a lifetime.

Today marks 15 years of STEM Learning—a journey driven by one belief: every child deserves the opportunity to discover what they are capable of.
But this day has never been about counting years.
It has always been about counting opportunities.
Every school that discovered hands-on learning.
Every teacher who inspired curiosity instead of memorization.
Every student who built something for the very first time and realized,
"I can do this."
Across India, millions of children still grow up without access to quality STEM education—not because they lack talent, but because they lack opportunity.
For the past 15 years, our mission has remained unchanged:
To ensure that where a child is born never decides what they can become.
Today, we celebrate not an organisation, but a movement powered by educators, schools, CSR partners, volunteers, and communities who believe that curiosity can change lives.
Because when a child learns to solve problems, they don't just change their future.
They gain the power to change the world.
As we celebrate 15 years of STEM Learning, we remain committed to building a future where every child has the opportunity to learn, explore, innovate, and dream without limits.
Happy Foundation Day to everyone who has been part of this journey.
