SACPL organized a site visit to the Aditya Birla Science and Technology Centre in Taloja on 28th January 2025 , where the center also conducted a technical training session on Durability parameters as per IS16700 & Emerging concrete Varieties. The session was highly insightful and provided great value to all of our engineers.

Kanakia Silicon Valley, nestled in Powai, Mumbai, is a structural marvel with six towers comprising a basement, three podium levels, stilt parking, 29 residential floors, and an inviting garden with a terrace. The towers feature a robust structural wall system and innovative aluminum formwork, showcasing efficient construction techniques. Notably, internal beams were omitted in Jodi flats to maximize space and offer unobstructed views. This project exemplifies value engineering and cost-effectiveness while maintaining top-notch quality. Amidst this architectural excellence, two expansive clubhouses are nestled within lush gardens, surrounded by the natural beauty of hills, offering breathtaking views from every flat. Kanakia Silicon Valley seamlessly combines structural innovation with scenic splendor.

As a structural engineer, I’m always fascinated by the challenges and opportunities that come with designing and constructing commercial cm residential buildings. That’s why I’m excited to share with you the new project “RITZ” by Shree Complex, a development that combines functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability in Kalyan West, Thane.
RITZ is a 25-storey building that offers a mix of shops, offices, and apartments for different needs and preferences. The building has a stilt floor that houses shops for your convenience, and two commercial floors for your business needs.
