Ann Transcription Services is looking out for VR Editors. It is an account that has about 550-750K lines a month (busier from November to April) on the Editscript platform. Pay is 1:05 day shift, and 1:20 night shift. About .05% transcription (literally very little full transcription needed – typically at least 550K editing and about 2K lines transcribed). MUST be able to keep TAT and quality MUST be ABOVE 98%. EASY dictators and AI very easy too. Work available 24 X 7 X 365 all holidays included. Hospital account but not hundreds of dictators. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH QUALITY MUST BE 98% OR ABOVE AVERAGE FOR ALL IDS AUDITED BY CLIENT – ONE JOB PER ID AND A TOTAL OF ABOUT 12-16 IDS A MONTH ARE AUDITED.

Wanted experienced MTs/Editors/QAs.........3+ years....both in-house/HBT...now only full time day and night shifts (Huge requirement).

Transcribe various medical reports that include histories and physical examinations, progress reports, emergency room notes, consultations, operative reports, discharge summaries, clinic notes, referral letters, radiology reports, pathology reports, and various other documents from over 60 medical specialties and subspecialties.

Edit a variety of correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material created by speech recognition software requiring judgment as to content, accuracy, and completeness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The candidate is required to Transcribe and Edit medical dictations in accordance with the productivity and quality standards set by the Organization.
2. Strict adherence to TAT
3. The candidate is required to have a clear understanding of the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
4. The candidate is required to adhere and comply with regulations and laws relating to patient safety and privacy; also have a thorough understanding of HIPPA compliance.
5. The candidate is required to thoroughly research and optimize the use of all the available reference material to ensure accuracy of reports.
6. Transcribe/ edit on designated word-processing software using reference materials as directed to complete assignments
7. Ensure total compliance with company's confidentiality and release of information policies and procedures.
8. Have the desire and drive to acquire knowledge to perform job more effectively, strive for higher skills development to improve performance.
9. To build and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.
10. Expansion of skills and skill-sets through learning and active participation in training/skill development sessions.

CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

A high-speed Internet connection is required for all the editing / transcribing software applications. Medical Transcriptionists may require a secondary Internet connection, and also power back up adds a value to your system requirement.
System specific requirements shall be discussed with the candidate based on the platform the candidate is selected and should be in place before the on-boarding process.

1. Full Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--8:30-hrs shift....9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. ....(these 10 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

2. Early Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2 hrs shift...6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m..these 5:30 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

3. Late Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--9-hrs shift...12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (12 a.m. to 7 a.m...these 7 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

4. Early 1st Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2-hrs shift...4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (4 a.m. to 7 a.m...these 3 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

5. Day Shift-------6 weekly offs--8-hrs shift.....6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Rs. 100 per day will be paid for all shifts except day shift + from line one incentives + night shift line account allowance.

Files will be there even on Sundays and Mondays.

1050 to 1200 -99.00% accuracy--Basic 17,000 + from line one incentives.

1350 to 1500 -99.50% accuracy--Basic 19,000 + from line one incentives.

1650 to 1800 -99.75% accuracy--Basic 21,000 + from line one incentives.

1800 to 2000 -100.00% accuracy-Basic 25,000 + from line one incentives.

2. Home Based (full time)

Basic salary 13,500 to 27,500 Basic + from line one incentives.

750 LPD------98.00% accuracy--Basic 13,750 + from line one incentives.

750 to 900---98.50% accuracy--Basic 13,750 + from line one incentives.

900 to 1050 --98.75% accuracy--Basic 16,500 + from line one incentives.
