Ingredients of Aate ka halwa:
1. One bowl of wheat flour
2. 60% bowl of sugar
3. half bowl of deshi ghee
4. some dry fruits
5. 2-1.5 cup of water

आटे का हलवा की सामग्री:
1. एक कटोरी गेहूं का आटा
2. 60% कटोरी चीनी
3. आधा कटोरी देसी घी
4. कुछ सूखे मेवे
5. 2-1.5 कप पानी

Aate ka halwa ek sweet dish hai jo kafi chaw se khate hain sabhi log. Aate k danedar halwa banane k lie aate ko pehle bina ghee k dry roast kar lete hain but jyada nahi karna hai bas itna roast krna hai ki us aate ke andar ka moisture ya nami hat jae . usake bad use ghee me bhun le jb tk light brown na ho jae aisa karne me low flame pe 12-15 minutes lagenge. fir usme chini ya sugar dalie sugar mix hote hi us aate ka colour aur brown hoga jb sugar achche se mix ho jae ( 5-10minutes) fir usme awashyaktanusar pani milae pani milate hi aate ka colour aur bhi brown hoga. jb aata pani me achche se pak jae to usme roasted cut kie hue dry fruits dal dejie aur serve kar dejie kafi maze ki dish hai ye.
