INSANE DESSERT RECIPE 😍 Save Karlo💪 . Soak 700 gm broken cashewnuts in hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and transfer the cashewnuts in a blender and make a thick paste ( you can add little cold water while blending) Now put the paste in the vessel in which you are going to cook it. Add 500 gm powder sugar and mix until sugar is almost melted. Add 1.5 tsp green cardamom powder and mix it. Put the vessel on low flame and keep stirring and cooking it until the paste is thick and stops sticking to the vessel. Turn off the flame and stir for a while so that the cashew paste cools down a bit. Take a wooden board and brush it with some ghee ( you can do it on your chakla ( the thing you make roti on 🙂) as well. Put a small portion of the cooked paste and knead it a bit. Then roll it out into a thin sheet . Brush it with some water . Put Gold leaf or silver leaf on it. And cut into diamond pieces.
