Dear Chess Lovers,

As part of FIDE’s 2025 year of “Social Chess Year”, each month is dedicated to celebrating how chess can make a positive impact in society. This August, we shine the spotlight on Women in Chess — a month-long global celebration aimed at empowering women and girls through the game we all love.

As a part of Women's Chess Month August, 2025, Gujarat State Chess Association is going to felicitate all the talented women of Gujarat for their outstanding achievement in the game of Chess. We felicitate those womens only who got Gold, Silver & Bronze in any of the following prestigious tournaments.

1) Title holder;
2) International/National/State level tournament;
3) SGFI Team/Individual;
4) Any corporate level tournaments;
5) Any Women who has PSU championship;
6) Any Women player who has represented Gujarat;
7) Any Women player who has been a University Champion
