Parenting is a complex experience. So it is essential to prepare ourselves with effect strategies that can empower us as parents to promote a positive emotional well-being. We are delighted to have Dr Dhruti Anklesaria, who is a celebrated clinical psychologist and hypnotherapist, for our upcoming SOUL event. With years of experience and expertise in the field, Dr Anklesaria has dedicated her career in raising awareness about mental health and removing the stigma associated with it.
