Work experience:
1. Around 2 years of relevant work experience as a HR Executive / HR Generalist preferably with manufacturing companies
2. Should have experience of Recruitment, Payroll, Admin, Learning & Development, HR Documentations, Employee Engagement, New Employee Joining & Induction, etc.
3. Should have good Communication and sound in Computer Applications
Job profile:

3. Ensure SAP/ERP related work of HR department (PR process / Issue slips / GP, etc.)
4. Employee engagement activities
5. ISO documentation process
6. Admin Supervision & housekeeping
7. Ensure statutory requirement in some area according to labour laws
8. Kaizen & 5S process of department as well as coordinator
9. Event management and hospitality
